Watercress Stew
Ingredients:
- Oil
- Tofu
- Watercress
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Kimchee
- Salt and pepper
- Water
- Shoyu (soy sauce)
- Green onion
Directions:
- Add oil to a wok/pot and heat to medium high
- Once hot, add cubed tofu and season with salt and pepper
- Once slightly seared, add kimchee, ginger and garlic (cook for about 1 minute)
- Add water (about 3 cups)
- Add shoyu and cover to let simmer (bring heat down) for about 10 minutes
- Cut green onions into 1-inch pieces and add to wok/pot
- Cut watercress into 2-inch pieces and add to wok/pot
- Turn off the heat and let sit
- Serve and enjoy while hot
