Mango Lassi
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of frozen mango
- 1/2 - 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1/4 cup of coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp of lime juice
- 1/2 tsp of honey, agave, or maple syrup
Directions:
- Dice and freeze your mango
- Add frozen mango, coconut milk (smallest measurement first to be able to adjust creaminess) to blender
- Add coconut yogurt and lime juice into blender
- Blend until smooth
- Taste and adjust as needed
- Add honey, agave or syrup to desired sweetness
