Mango Lassi

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of frozen mango
  • 1/2 - 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup of coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbsp of lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp of honey, agave, or maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Dice and freeze your mango
  2. Add frozen mango, coconut milk (smallest measurement first to be able to adjust creaminess) to blender
  3. Add coconut yogurt and lime juice into blender
  4. Blend until smooth
  5. Taste and adjust as needed
  6. Add honey, agave or syrup to desired sweetness
