Strawberry Lemon Poppy Seed Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 6 fresh strawberries, washed, stems removed (about 1/3 cup when blended)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pink Himalayan sea salt

Directions:

  1. Place strawberries in a blender and pulse.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients. 
  3. Adjust seasoning as necessary. 
  4. Refrigerate for up to 3 days.
