Alex’s Deliciously Scrumptious Potstickers
What I love about these potstickers, besides being super delicious, is that I can use pretty much any veggies I have left in my fridge. Carrots, cabbage, potatoes of any kind, mustard greens, watercress, Bok choy, pretty much anything can be made into a delicious filling!
The trick is to keep the filling from being too soggy. It helps to place stir fried greens into a colander so they can drip off before making the potstickers. I used Chinese Cabbage from the DA BOX in the photos on the right.

For the Potstickers:
For the potstickers, follow the images below.
Work through the wrappers until the filling or wrappers run out.
I usually finish all wrappers before frying in a wok. When frying, heat oil first and carefully adds stickers. Brown on each side.
For the Dipping Sauce:
Place all ingredients in a high-speed mixer and mix for a few seconds. Pour into a bowl and top with a handful of green onions.
Enjoy!
