Roasted Okra

Ingredients:

  • Fresh okra
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Optional seasonings: paprika, garlic powder, etc

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425*F (220*C)
  2. Wash and slice the okra
  3. Toss the okra with olive oil, salt, pepper and any other seasonings
  4. Spread the okra on a baking sheet in a single layer
  5. Roast for 15-20 minutes, turning once, until the okra is tender and slightly crispy
