Roasted Okra
Ingredients:
- Fresh okra
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Optional seasonings: paprika, garlic powder, etc
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 425*F (220*C)
- Wash and slice the okra
- Toss the okra with olive oil, salt, pepper and any other seasonings
- Spread the okra on a baking sheet in a single layer
- Roast for 15-20 minutes, turning once, until the okra is tender and slightly crispy
