Hawaiian Tofu and Watercress Salad
Ingredients:
Salad

1 bunch watercress, washed and cut into 1 ½ inch lengths

1 bunch bean sprouts

1 packet firm or extra firm tofu, drained and cubed

1 tomato diced

1/2 cup minced green onion
Dressing
-
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

1 clove garlic, pressed or minced
-
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
-
1/3 cup shoyu or to taste

2 teaspoons sesame seeds (optional)

1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
-
Hawaiian or Himalayan pink salt to taste
Directions:
- Clean, cut and mix together salad ingredients. Mix dressing separately then add to taste.
