Chimichurri Sauce
Ingredients:

Olive oil (add until the Chimichurri sauce

becomes sauce like)

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1/2 - 1 cup chopped parsley

1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

2 cloves chopped garlic
-
1-2 Hawaiian Chili Peppers

3/4 teaspoon dried oregano

or 1/8 cup fresh
-
Juice of one lime or 1/2 lemon
-
Hawaiian salt to taste
Directions:
- Wash herbs well. A salad spinner works great to triple wash herbs.

Place all ingredients in the kitchen aid and pulse until sauce-like.
