Chimichurri Sauce

Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Olive oil (add until the Chimichurri sauce
  • becomes sauce like)
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 - 1 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1-2 Hawaiian Chili Peppers
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • or 1/8 cup fresh
  • Juice of one lime or 1/2 lemon
  • Hawaiian salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Wash herbs well. A salad spinner works great to triple wash herbs.
  2. Place all ingredients in the kitchen aid and pulse until sauce-like.
