Yummilicious No-Bake Energy Balls
Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup peanut or other nut butter

2 tbsp flaxseed meal, optional

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup cocoa powder (can substitute with chocolate chips)

1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
Directions:
- Put all the ingredients into a large bowl.

Mix with a spoon or spatula until it forms a firm dough.

Scoop a tablespoon of dough and roll between the palms of your hands. The dough balls should be about 1 1/2” in diameter.

Place onto a parchment-lined plate and repeat for remaining dough.

Optional: roll each ball in shredded coconut.

Chill in an airtight container until serving.
