Noeli's Purslane Chimichurri
Ingredients:

2 cups roughly chopped purslane

1 cup chopped Italian parsely -OR- cilantro

1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano -OR- 1 teaspoon dry oregano

3 or 4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes -OR- any hot sauce you like - to your taste

1/2 cup olive oil
-
2 tablespoon balsamic or red wine or balsamic vinegar

salt and add freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions:

Remove bigger stems from purslane.

Gather all ingredients and run them through a food processor until smooth.
