Noeli's Purslane Chimichurri

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups roughly chopped purslane 
  • 1 cup chopped Italian parsely -OR- cilantro 
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano -OR- 1 teaspoon dry oregano 
  • 3 or 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes -OR- any hot sauce you like - to your taste 
  • 1/2 cup olive oil 
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic or red wine or balsamic vinegar 
  • salt and add freshly ground black pepper, to taste 

Directions:

  • Remove bigger stems from purslane. 
  • Gather all ingredients and run them through a food processor until smooth.
