Which Microgreen did I get?

Our Microgreens are supplied by Csiszar Olena Farm. The farm currently delivers four different types of microgreens to us: Buckwheat, Peashoot, Sunflower and Radish. Radish microgreens have a nice spicy flavor to them and are a great addition to many dishes.

Buckwheat
•full of vitamins A, B2 and B3, and C
•rich in calcium, iron, magnesium, copper and potassium.
•contains the chemical rutin, an antioxidant that strengthens capillary walls and is useful for high blood pressure
•one of the few plants that contain all essential amino acids, making it a complete protein
 
Pea shoots
•Single cup serving has 50% of daily vitamin C and 10% daily iron
•Rich in phytoestrogens which lower risk of breast cancer, heart diseaseand osteoporosis
•anti-carcinogenic and anti-inflammatory properties inhibit the growth of cancer on a cellular level
 
Radish
•vitamins A, B, C, E, K
•deliver calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and zinc
•rich in essential amino acids and chlorophyll which are cancer-fighting and digestive aids
 
Sunflower
•vitamins A, Bcomplex(including folate), D and E
•calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus
•rich source of lecithin which help eliminate accumulated deposits in arterial walls
•natural expectorant for chest congestion, thoughtto encourageclearing of the lungs in Ayurvedic medicine
