Preserving your BASIL or DILL

  • Wash and Chop: Rinse the leaves and chop them
  • Ice Cube Trays: Place the chopped pieces in ice cube trays and cover with water or olive oil
  • Freeze: Freeze the trays, then transfer the cubes to a freezer bag or container
